hemorrhoids tea tree oil treatments
Hemorrhoids are varicosities of the veins located in the anal canal opening. Common symptoms are swelling, bleeding and pain. Hemorrhoids can be brought about by factors such as constipation, pregnancy and prolonged periods of sitting on hard or cold surfaces. Stress can also be a contributor. Generally, hemorrhoids will go away by themselves as the base of the problem is relieved. Adding more fiber to the diet, drinking more water, eliminating stress, and adjusting seating arrangements can usually provide such relief. When the primary aggravation is removed, the blood which causes the hemorrhoidal swelling will be reabsorbed into the system. The swelling generally disappears. Occasionally, severe cases can lead to more than simple discomfort, by strangulating tissue in the rectal area, and possibly leading to gangrene.
