Fungus Toenail Tea Tree Oil Treatments
An inflammation of the tissue around the finger or toenails, resulting from yeast (fungus) of the Candida strain. Bacteria such as Proteus or Pseudimonas may enter through a break in the skin tissue caused by overexposure to water, chemicals or manicuring. Untreated, this fungus may extend under the nail and even into the muscle and tendons. Distortion of the fingernail often occurs in extended cases of this problem.
RECOMMENDED USE
Apply liquid Nambucca Tea Tree Oil directly to the nail and surrounding tissue. Repeat this treatment daily for one week, even though signs of infection may go away after 3 to 4 days.
